I never knew that there is a celebration of grandparents day until I read it in an article. There was a story behind the commemoration. It just rightful to honor our grandparents. There is a saying that if you are in trouble, call your grandmother. I will always remember the support we got from our grandparents specially our grandmothers. Since the day I was born, they were always by our side to help and support us. I grew up with a lot of help from my grandparents. My mom alwaays has a story of their greatness. Their greatness is evident in the simple things they do to support their extended family, specially for the sake of the grandchildren. Regards

When my grandparents are still alive we did. We do celebrate in simple ways. We always make it to a point to visit our grandparents and buy them cakes during grandparents day. We will spend the entire them with them to make them happy. You know they get happy just to see their sons and daughters who have now their partners and children, gather aroung them and remember one important day made for them. Right now, I lost both my grandparents, I miss them. I just greeted them in prayers everytime this day come.
