Annoying Co-Workers

I just have to vent. I have this co-worker that is constantly bothering me with questions that really she should know. Not to brag but I am on a special team that works specifically on help tickets submitted by customers, and I was one out of about two hundred and fifty agents chosen based on my performance with the tickets. What galls me is that she was chosen and she doesn't even know how to answer simple questions. I have discussed it with my manager, but there isn't much that can be done because we are a team and we support each other, but she is affecting my production and my work and it really bugs me. Any others have this type of experience? Share away!

I am a stay at home mom right now but I know exactly what you are talking about. When I was working there was always this lady that couldn't have gotten any more annoying. She acted like I was her best friend and she would follow me all over the place on break and talk about the most boring things, in my opinion. I don't think there is much that can be done about it, you just have to be nice and make the best of it. It makes the situation a lot easier to get through and deal with anyway. Try to see from that person's point of view. Maybe they don't have a lot of friends and it makes them feel real good that you will talk to them. Good luck with it all!
