What is the best website or best way to look for jobs?

I would go to craigslist.. I think employers post jobs there when they need worker as soon as possible. Therefore, I think this site may have a better chance for an interview. What do you think? and what is your way?

Monster.com is one of the leading job sourcing sites out there. We use it to post anytime we have an opening in our company. You need to also find people in your area to network with. Usually word of mouth helps people find a job much more quickly and with success than cold calling companies.
