Are you easy to make an appointment with a doctor?

It's not easy for us to make an appointment with a doctor because there are so many patients in hospital everyday,sometimes it makes you feel that the hospital isn's a hospital while is a supermaket!There are so many people~~
Seeing a doctor has become a big problem for many ordinary people,it almost takes a whole day to wait for the doctor and the doctor finishes the cure within minutes!
There is a few of private clinic,so people have to go to public hospital~
The service of public hospital is not good~~and the medical expenses are very high~
How bad it is~

I find it hard to make an appointment without advance notice, or to change it if a conflict arises. For my son's appointments, I usually have to make them about 2 months in advance, or it has to be pushed back. I think that is a little crazy! I'm sure they reserve a certain amount of spots for people with emergencies, but sometimes my work schedule changes and it is hard to plan when I will have time off.
