Chew Gum, Lose Weight

If you're too lazy to do some excercise, just chew gum. Recent studies show that gum chewers save over 2200 calories per month. Maybe that's why I always feel hungry when I'm chewing gum.

i dont believe it cuz if it can i should have a super model body by now, instead you build up gas in you stomach an you feel bloated and make you sick or something, i used to chew gum excessively but i think it damaged my jaw so i quit

Heyy I know that! :) Not only chewing gum helps lose weight, it in fact improves concentration, prevents us from teeth grinding and exercises our jaws thereby preventing locked jaws :) However I rarely eat chewing gum because I'm not really into it.. :) Hehehe I prefer candies more.. because they are yummier.. but of course, regarding what you just said, still nothing beats exercise than gum chewing :D
