Would you report a crime ?

If you saw someone commiting a crime would you report it?I ask this because alot of people act afraid to get involved where they won't say anything.I definately would report a crime.I'm concerned about criminals running around out there.I would report it probably I would hide out of view and call on my cell phone.What would you do?
