How often do u use the F word?

i use the f word no so often but my girl uses it for every thing how often do you use it?

I don't speak English except from online but technically spoken it's no 'speaking'. We do use the F-word in my language though including 'you'. Funny how we can't be creative in making our own words for things... :)
