adobo

adobo! - Probably the most loved Filipino food! It can either be cooked using chicken or pork. It's savory taste is truly tempting and addicting!

Now, who wants adobo? I am addicted to pork adobo. It is probably my most favorite Filipino delicacy. What about you my fellow Pinoy myLotters? Which do you prefer, chicken or pork adobo? Yummy! Even the smell of it makes my mouth water!=)

i love adobo. my breakfast is spareribs adobo. yes, it is very yummy! i love it.

hello there! same here, i also like adobo but its not really my favorite, but i think its always part of our meal once or twice a week! hehe what i like the most is the chicken-pork adobo! with lots of garlic! hmmmm yummy! makes me hungry!

HAHAHA. I think it has already become a staple food for Filipinos. It would feel different if we can't have adobo for at least once a week! I am not a fan of chicken adobo though but i believe it's still yummy! AHHHH! Now i'm craving for it!

hehe, i think so, coz its easy to prepare and really good tasting! and looks special of course! you know, your discussion makes me hungry...even if i just finish breakfast, i feel like my stomach & my mouth is looking for something...like adobo? haha how would you like your adobo? do want it with lots of sauce or those kind that the sauce almost dries up?

That sounds delicious. I am not Pinoy. However I like tasting different cuisines and I love good food. It seems healthy too. Thanks for sharing. I love pork but cose of health reasons I would have to stick with chicken.

Adobo is one of my fav filipino dish. I prefer chicken adobo. Love it!

I don't know which to choose.... Will it be possible to have them both!!! HEHEHE! Yummy!!! I also like dishes such as Sinigang, Tinola, Nilaga, Kare-Kare. My favorite of all is Kare-kare.

have you tried the fish adobo. You can use lapu-lapu. Drench in batter then deep fry. Cook the fish adobo how the chicken-pork adobo was cook. Then serve it to your family. If you want spicy, put some cayenne pepper.

I like adobo too. One of my husband's specialties is adobo and I really like the way he cooks it. As your other friend said, with lots of garlic and onions too.mmmm...love it!
