is there a way for me to resolve my problem with neobux?

i share the same IP address with my family, but they've signed up on anything like neobux or on any sort of ptc sites even, but i still get this notice from neobux whenever i click their advertisement that someone from the same IP address have already clicked the ad.
so i let the time pass. WEEKS later i finally decided to log in again, and it's pointing out the same problem and it's really getting into my nerves now. :(
can you help me? :(

Hello Frnd, Initial days while using Neobux me to had the same problem. It accepted my ID but not my family just because of 1 to 1 relation. That means 1 ID should be from a unique IP address.
No one can not register with the same IP.
But here the work should be possible. Means register your family members IDs from different IPs later they can work from a same system one after another. There is no restriction on that.

it's okay. issue resolved. : and funny, i've regained access to my neobux just this morning. :)
