Help ... yorso ... creating a website

Can you please help me with some tips ? I wanna build my website to another site that is offering me website builder, hosting and .com domain , but i need to pay for all those with paypal . I was having an website, and i was paying with my credit card . So , since november, they have told me that they couldn`t take the money from my credit card . So, i went to the bank, all it was ok, and so on . I was mad and i deleted my hole website from there . Now, i want to build it again , more profesional and i wanna pay with paypal .
Have you ever heared about yorso.com ? I saw some advertisments, and i saw cheap .com domain , cheap hosting, but i don`t know if there i can build my website too .
Can you please help me with more informations ?

Finding your website building host very odd for not accepting your credit card payment. Who were you with? And, what was their reason(s) for not accepting your credit card?
I am currently with Weebly on the free membership basis and I feel they are quite alright.

well, i have a mastercard , and in March i would be online for a whole year . Until november 2009 all was just fine, the payment was always on time, and so on . Suddently from november payment was declined . The bank said that there aren`t any problems and all it`s just fine . 50megs.com said that my credit card is declined because on of "general problems " that`s what they`ve got from my card .

maybe if a site i can help you if you know already the GDI it sells a domain and they hosted it for life. and the most important thing on GDI is the income for life. after you finished registration you will have your own websites and the income for life. message if you have interested on that.
