Secret items

Yesterday week, while playing with AI, I accidently purchased three Ultimate orbs which merged to become an item called ETERNAL ORB. Then even today also I saw a pro making an item called Mirror Shield, he told me the recipe(Natherezims buckler, Stout shield and planerswalk coak). Now im curious to know more about these items. Do you guys know anything about it? And yeah! feel free to try those items. Happy lotting and dota playing!!

There are no such things as those items in real dota. You were playing an AI map that someone messed around with. You can not do this in official dota maps.
