I think I am patient and not short tempered before but I turn to get angry easily now.It is a bad thing for me.And I know I should control my temperment and I try to do it now. When I feel to get angry, sometimes I leave and go out or tell myself to keep silent and I would calm dnow later.

I used to be short-tempered, and I guess I still am but I try to be really patient, and really understanding. I have read a note that says "You have to be patient with other people's short-comings because they have to be patient with yours". True enough. I have to be extra patient and understanding especially in my line of work. I am an online language teacher and I handle kids' classes. Most of them are really naughty and stubborn at times. One may say that it's hard to discipline them, but I have learned to be patient with them because I know that I was way much naughtier than anyone of them when I was their age.

Temper is a bad thing and unfortunately, mine can flare up under a second. I really have a very short fuse and it takes the smallest thing to light that fuse. One thing i taught myself, whenever i loose my temper, i look for a secluded private place and rant and rave there untill it is almost under control, then i make for home as quick as possible. I know i will really hurt someone in that stage, so i try my utmost best to stay out of trouble. Hope that will help you as well.

Oh I have the worst temper in the world, most of the time when people see me, they think that because I am a female and I am small they think that I am the kind of person that never gets mad, oh boy they are so wrong, I have days, especially when I am getting close to my period that I am mad with the humanity, and of course, if I see something that I don't like, I am going to be very vocal about it

I used to be really bad when I was driving and being cut up on the road etc etc but to be honest I don't worry about it now, the way I do it is if someone is being silly in front of me while I am driving I just count to ten and just give myself that little bit of breathing time. Though I must admit I am very long tempered takes a lot to wind me up but when I snap boy I snap big time lol,

I am not short tempered but at times I get angry and irritated. A simple example is mylot. Some times I post more than 30 articles and in turn i see my earnings get increased by 53 cents for which I will be getting irritated to a greatest extent since i feel that i need not put in much efforts. Once i ended up making 9.97 at that month end and my earnings got carry forwarded and I was irritated to a very great extent ecause of that although its a no fault of mine. I need not mention these now but still I do and I dont know for what i am posting here. But still. Have a nice day in mylot and happy earnings all. Cheers:-)

Yes, I am a short temper too at times. There are things that sometimes really annoys me...when I see a mess all over the place, when I talk to someone and simply ignores me or talking to someone and not listening to you. But that can be controlled, I guess so. Sometimes I tend to get impatient but sometimes I take control of it because it doesn't help anyway to resolve such issues.

I have read that those who do not clench their fist survive from the throes of temper. Aside from relaxing the hands they also lower their voice. Its not easy to get angry when speaking in a mild way is their point. But I myself avoid being angry by thinking up of a lullaby and play it in my head so that I'm busy being relaxed rather than gathering anger. I think it would also help to search the internet about other tips.
