which food we must take more which are good to protect ourself from cancer?

Today I am discussing about cancer there are many types of cancer, Like Lung cancer, prostate cancer and bowel cancer. For these cancer you must eat more vegetables, like salads and raw vegetables, carrots, tomatoes, leafy green vegetables and citrus fruits. Include these things in your daily routien on high level. And take grain and products made of grains in your daily routien it protects you against cancer. Try to avoid fatty food which lead to obesity so the risk of cancer increase. Take more fresh fruits, wholegrain foods and leafy green vegetables it reduce the risk of cancer.

Apart from these dark chocolate are good for our health.According to a report of a scientific research in both Asia and the west is providing hard evidence for the health benefits long associated with drinking green tea. It reduced the risk of esophageal cancer in men and women by nearly sixty percent. University of Purdue researchers recently concluded that a compound in green tea inhibits the growth of cancer cells. There is also research indicating that drinking green tea lowers total cholesterol levels, as well as improving the ratio of good (HDL) cholesterol to bad (LDL) cholesterol.

Any food that contains Resveratrol has been shown to actually kill cancer cells in mice. Peanuts and red grapes have a high amount of it.

I agree with you peanuts has plenty of chemicals that keep our body become health and protect ourselves from cancer. Its the only food out there that is complete with vitamins and minerals to fight from infection and also it can help build muscles and improve our concentration because it is also food for the brain. I think Peanuts actually help us protect from cancer.
