Minimum payout............

I know there are lots of questions here on myLot about how much is the minimum payout here. But you see, my question is different...
I've tried to change my minimum payout from $10 to $25 dollars because aside from transferring the money I earned to PayPal, I still have to transfer it on my bank account so that means the money I earned here on myLot will get reduced. I refreshed the page to make sure the amount of my minimum payout is changed, but it did not. Does this have to do with a user's rating? I checked this on the FAQs already, but I can't find it. I'm sorry if i'm a total noob because i'm still new here :)

The minimum payout for mylot was $10. If you want to increase your payout you can change. If you want to transfer money from paypal to bank account,if you are a upgraded member the withdraw amount was 10$ and for unverified member withdraw was $2.The charges for the transaction was $1. If you withdraw more than 150$ from paypal to bank account then there will be no charges.
