How does someone deal with a broken heart?

Sometimes in life when persons believe that they have found that special someone it all turns that they were not meant to be and the persons becomes so frustrated and heart broken. they even have difficulties in finding another love and they believe that other persons will just end up breaking their hearts. How can you relate to this?

Yes it hurts a lot when somebody special hurts you ,But I believe you should give some time for your heart to heal and be fit meditation would help in this case

that is quite true. some people can get really traumatized by this. so what are the different ways in which people can go about giving their hearts some time to heal?
