today,I logged on plambux for requesting my earning,the webpage shows that"paypal cashflow for whole cashout is active,please try again at 12am(00:00)server time",I have a liite puzzle about this statement,is that means that I could only request the money at 12am server time?in my local time,it is very early at morning,thanks for your shares.
