I've found that sleeplessness is usually because of too much brain activity. You really need to try and avoid thinking of things that are likely to agitate you. Just say to yourself that you will forget all of your problems until the next day when you can actually deal with them.

I think I often do not have a good sleep. This may because there are always a lot of things in my mind. So it is so difficult for me to fall aleep. I toss and turn and I am still sleepless. This really troubles me a lot.

I'm a light sleeper so I find it difficult to sleep with a radio on. I'm also easily disturbed by opening doors and barking dogs. Often, when I find myself woken by these noises, I can't get back to sleeping anymore.
