What kind of water to you like more? normal or soda?

I like a lot soda, even specialists say that is not very good for stomach, because have a lot of air, and make a big stomach. I drink a buttle, 2 l, in a day, in summer maybe more, and i don t have a big stomach; do you like to drink soda? I want to say that here we have so many sources, natural with great mineral water.very good for health; so they say that we must drink a lot of water in a day, say that is a healthy water, but doctors say that soda is not good for stomach; Where is the truth?

With water you can have positive effect on health and skin too.Drinking so much of soda can lead you into lots of health related problems .Lots of soda consumption can lead to addiction.Soda is very tasty but it is useless adding extra weight and leading to obesity. Soda eats up and dissolves teeth enamels leading to tooth decay ,dental erosin and sensitive. Its acid contents can also result in the formation of kidney stones and increased blood pressure too.Later when you age you can suffer with indigesition ,gas and lots of bloating of stomach. Choose water or freh fruit juices as alternative and enjoy their vast benefits now and later in life.

hi marianna, 21 soda bottles for a day it is very bad,what is your age now,soda having carbonated water,first of all it is gas ,but regarding to health it is not suggestible to take soda regularly,we drink soda once in blue moon only,my sincere advice is not use soda in future,reduce in take of soda daily it is better,have a nice day

Water in its plainest form is still my preferred drink. Soda is gassy and tends to be acidic, therefore it is not suitable for some people with gastric problems. In my own opinion, I still think that water in its plain form is perhaps the best drink and quencher in the world.
