Every body have a weight problem.. Your weight doesn't stay the way they are all the time. It changes occasionally depends on the way you eat and your lifestyle. To be brief.. they are actually 3 common types of human body. Thin, medium, and large. Well most people like to be in the second group of human body which is medium.. People that are thin are usually people suffering from aneroxia. Not everyone get the body that they wanted. Medium type of body are easily to take care of and more muscle could get out of it. Large people is the kind of people that their body are much more expose to suffer obesity. Have you ever had any friends that have a tiny body and even though he/she eat much than you do, they still maintain their body? i have and i am so jealous of him..

Yoga is one of the best ways of losing weight. Of course I can’t go into a full lecture about yoga over here but I can tell you that I have never seen people with better-toned bodies than those who practice yoga. One of the benefits of yoga is that you learn to control virtually every muscle and joint of your body so that the issue of weight gain will cease to exist.

I eat what I want, just not a lot of it. I watch my portion size and try to not over eat. I also always take the stairs instead of the elevator and I park far away and walk places. This stuff helps me burn all the calories that I take in.
