Here in Manila,frequent traffic congestion is a daily problem,not just to authorities, but also to both individuals and motorist alike.Some of its problems are caused by co- mmuters not paying attention to proper guides of law,so are like the hard headed drivers do not practice traffic rules.The other problems are the uncaring vendors,who just put their merchandise in the improper place,that is why traffic is already in a scramble,plus the people around,also adds to the problems of traffic,because they do not obey traffic rules,and they always practice jay walking.Does these scenarios also happened in your place?I want to know your stories.
