Is crying good for health?

Hello friends, People usually endure a great deal of bitterness. It is because of the feeling that endurance helps increase the capacity of endurance itself. But when its beyond all limits tears come pouring out. But after crying for a while you feel a sudden sense of comfort and relief. Research suggests that men are more vulnerable to heart disease than women. Men are supposed to be strong. They usually regard it feminine to cry out. So they prefer to endure. When someone cries, almost half of the sorrow is drained out. Do you feel relieved after crying? How much can you endure after you can't stop yourself? Take care God bless you all

Yes, crying is goof for health, i cried rarely but each i finish, i'm feeling very relieved, crying is a way to set free my soul. The longuest i have cried was about 30 minutes or maybe less i think, when i want to stop crying, i bite my lips and make bigs respirations...

Hello, It seems when you cry the sorrow that was frozen inside you suddenly melts and gets drained through your eyes. Yes, you certainly feel relieved. That is why I sometimes argue about crying being good for health. Although I don't know how to cry. I don't cry. It may sound surprising to you. But I really don't know how to and that is terrible. Thanks for the response God bless you dear

Actually, I don't know how to cry. Or may be secretly somewhere I believe crying will give the problem more importance which in turn may not be a positive thing. But I do analyze my sorrows, their cause etc to finally come to a positive interpretation. You are a very nice person. Can we be friends? God bless you

Maybe if you can't cry, it means that it's not the good time to cry? xD But soon or later, you will cry and be able to explose your sadness. Have a nice day my dear ^^.

Yes I always feel better if I need to shed a few tears and allow myself to do so. I think I read somewhere that there are toxins being released in those tears shed from emotion but not in the ones that one sometimes sheds from say irritation to your eyes. Anyway I do know we release toxins when we cry so that is another good reason for men to have a good cry when they need one.

Hello, Yeah sometimes it feels like all the bitterness are just condensed inside. Sometimes when you feel terribly hurt or alone its hard to express that feeling. Time comes when you find nobody to share them with. Absolutely lonely moments. Crying makes you feel better. Thanks for such a wonderful response Take care God bless you

Hi, I liked the way you compared this thing with rain. Yes, you can tell from looking at the sky that its gonna rain. Everything looks so dull and grave and sad. But when the rain is over its like the whole world is relieved and regained its strength. Its a very legitimate comparison. Thanks for your contribution in this discussion. God bless you
