Hi friends, How many times it happens that something went wrong in your PC/Lappy ? Your old good programes/Files not opening or got deleted? You desperately need help but help is not nearby? Here is the solution.I am working at one city and my wife is working at another city 118 hours journey from my place but still whenever she gets in to trouble I can open her desk top from my system and get her problem shorted out.It is possible by using TeamViewer software.Although Microsoft has its own option called MS Net Meeting and others ate also there but Team Viewer is Cool. Pl share your experience.

Yes I also use it to solve problems of a friend of mine. However when I log into his pc, msn messenger immediately screws up. So we continue chatting using adress bar of his Firefox. :)

Yes, I've used this teamviewer a while ago. My online friend suggest it to me when I complain about the virus in my system. So he access my system using this... its pretty cool that I dont need to call somebody to drop by to fix it. By using the net it works!

Yes it is cool but never trust blindly.Be careful while giving control of u r system to anybody if u see that he is doing anything suspicious then immediately disconnect the LAN cable.

Hi friend thanks for your comment , but you should not trust blindly bacuse once your system is exposed to a bad guy even for 1 minute, it will be no longer yours.

Nice list. But all these solutions are application based and third party hosted which some users may not be comfortable with. Appliance based remote support solutions like RHUB are cheaper and more reliable and you can control more number of remote systems. You may want to take a look at here http://www.rhubcom.com/

Yes, I use Team Viewer myself and it really is a fantastic piece of software! I like the fact that it's free and easy to use. I have used LogMeIn Rescue in the past but there is so much configuration with other vendors! Team Viewer is pretty easy to set up and I have experimented with it, helping my friends and so forth. It's a good product and can also be used as a training method. Now that I've experienced this I will remain with Team Viewer indefinitely. Andrew
