Is my Christian Louboutin shoes real?

I bought a pair of Christian Louboutin shoes online last week, and i had receive it yesterday, i am so exciting and can not wait anymore to open it. but i am a little disappointed, it is not the same as the authentic one. my friend had bought the same style from excusive agency, but mine is a little difference with hers. what is worth being gratified is that it only cost me 225$, including the shipping fee, and my friend spend 786$. i am totally satisfied with the shoes, and i am not a brand-care person. maybe the shoe is fake, the company locate in Hongkong, and the site is:http://www.christianlouboutinstores.com can you give me a advice, what can i do? can i sue them? how can i gather proofs?
