Hello fellow mylotters Last week i heard a sad news. Salvador Cabañas, international Paraguay player, has being shot on the head, while he was hanging out with his wife on a bar in Mexico. He is alive and apparently he is recovering, but he is still in a critic state. For the one who doesnt know who Salvador Cabañas is, he is from Paraguay, he´s actual club is the America from Mexico. He is normally in the main team on the national team of Paraguay and was expected to play on the 2010 world cup on South Africa. I dont know what to say actually, its a shame he has being shot, Mexico as most of the countries on Latin America, has high crime rates. The person who has is suspected to shoot him, is missing. Lets just pray for him to recover, now it doesnt really matters if he play again or not, what matters is that he recovers and stay healthy for his family.

I watch soccer on tv every now and then but I am not very familiar with the hunks on the field. I am sorry about what happened to Salvador. If he is in critical condition, that means he ain't recovering yet. When someone is shot on the head, the chances of getting back to normal state is quite slim. I do hope that he gets justice from the Mexican authorities. And let's pray he makes it.

Hi eileen Well today i read he has recover a bit more, and has even walked a little, talk with his family as well . It seems he will recover, but the thing is the bullet is still in his head, so there is still a risk. Anyway agree, lets pray he makes it. Thank you for the reply and happylotting.
