How do you care for your skin?

hi there guys. we have different ways on how we protect our skin against aging specially women. we do some treatment and sometimes other people spend so much money just to maintain their youthful apperrance :) how you? share your different ways to protect your skin against aging .. thnx for dropping

My skin care habit is always making sure to clean my face from make-up before going to sleeping. Then of course applying my favorite toner and moisturizer.

hello novelcai, i think the best thing to do to take care of our skin is to have good & enough sleep, drink lots of water, eat fruits & veggies...those were the simplest thing to do but i am guilty of not doing so! haha but i wash my wash using some trusted facial wash...(trusted by me & proven to suit my skin, at least for now.) and put some moisturizer... i don't expose myself to too much sun especially between 11-3. hehe i don't do anything more since i am also not that sensitive with my skin...hehe

Keeping and maintaining a healthy glowing skin is not hard if you know how to make it glow inside and out. Drink a lot of water for it flushes away toxic in our body system contributing to a youthful skin glow. Some says green tea also makes your skin look young, 3-6 cups a day has a lot of health benefits as well. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, it has a lot of vitamins that the skin needed. Always wear sunblock... choose lotion with at least SPF 15 it prevents premature skin aging. Sleep early and make sure you have enough sleep. Exercise, always smile, have fun, avoid too much sun exposure, avoid too much stress, and avoid too much caffeine.

I drink a lot of water. I eat lots of spinach, brocolli, and avocado. These natural food are proven to boost glutathione level in our body. I prefer these natural food than manufactured glutahione pills. And I take 1,000 mg of ascorbic acid everyday. As much as possible keep my hands and hair away from my face. Less or no make-up is better, coz make-up clogs pores. Change beddings and pillow cases every week. All these I can do for the sake of my skin except quit smoking LOL ^__^
