I am not fat but I want to lose weight because my stomach is quite big. This is due to my past pregnancy. That was last year. I really really want to lose the fats on my stomach. I hope you can help me out.

Hi babe! I haven't given birth but my friend who did who got back in shape gave me a few tips. One is less carbohydrates and sugar intake. Carbs contribute a lot to belly fat. Second is exercise. Contrary to what most people think cruches and sit-ups don't usually take out belly fat, so do treadmills or stationary bikes instead. Good luck!

eat meals properly with completed nutrients but decrease the size of the meal. No more snack time, exercise regularly and go for more vegetable. whenever you walk, just try to keep stomach flat as much as you can for the whole time, this is not only make the stomach flat but also improve the way you walk. Since you flat your stomach, you chest and shoulder will be straighten. Keep doing it, continuously.

It's hard isn't it? I've had 3 kids. Although I'm at my ideal weight..I have that pregnacy belly thing going...actually all the way around I can pinch an inch! I've been really trying to get rid of it-it's annoying me to no end! I've been mixing it up and doing 1/2 hour a day of excercise-walking, a stepper, cycling and workout dvds...Try to eat 3 meals a day and make them healthy and with plenty of protein. I suggest a daily multivitamin too..I've been downing green tea in hopes that it'll help too. I don't recommend sit ups..I think they're bad on your back. What about pilates?

Hmm, I'm not sure. That's one I haven't tried-I've seen them out there though. Tea is always good for you-tastes good and loaded with antioxidants :) You'll have to let me know how it's working out!

sit up and chew more than usually, cause i have read that if we chew less, it makes wind enter to stomach, that's why our stomach can be bigger

hi there! I have this friend who who also had a baby and wanted to trim down her belly. What she did was belly dancing, I can say it was effective on her because she looks great now, if you can see her you would'nt thought that she has already a baby. Another thing, avoid extra sweets like chocolates as well as carbonated drinks, those stuff will add love handles on your belly. Those extra calories will be deposited on your tummy.

Count the calories as you eat. It’s a good idea to have an idea of the calories that most food items have. If it is a packed thing then the label is sure to have the calories that the substance has.
