Can you fix your computer's problem by yourself?

I can't, i am really bad at fixing computers, i only know some basic techni. But my husband is better than i am, at least he is able to let the computer run again. lol. But if there comes to a servious issue, we have to ask for expert to help, or send it to the repair store. What about you? Are you good at that? Thanks for sharing and have a nice day!
