Can I Remove "ServicePackFiles" Folder from Windows folder?

Hi, I have Installed SP3 yesterday, found ServicePackFiles folder in windows folder which occupied 570MB of hard disk memory. I want to remove this folder can I get suggestions for removing this folder.

Donot remove the files on your own. Get a windows cleaning utility and then clean the computer. Well windows XP is not considered safe any more for browsing. My suggetion would be to upgrade to Windows 7.
