It seems that all the people hate working overtime on holiday.is it right? After all, amount of time can be occupied by it.Maybe your appintment have to be canceled, your plan must be rescheduled...of course, your mood will be down.it is so boring. However, working on holiday will have influence on more and less your work efficiency.but you can be fascinated deeply by paid highly and compensatory leave.Even though, you are reluctant a little.Ideally.If we can work at home and get paid highly so as to arrange reasonably leisure time on the basis of finishing job on time.Aha...

I never minded working on holidays, I think the atmosphere seemed nicer especially on Christmas Day, I used to do a double shift, one for the extra money as I was paying off a mortgage, and also I don't have kids and there were so many mums who were desperate to be with their kids on these days...

To be honest I have no problem working on holidays, sundays and extra time. I will work on sundays and holidays if it is necessary without any hesitation. I am not entitled to get any compensation for this work as I am in a Managerial position.I agree with you that if we have work on sundays and holidays we have to cancel or reschedule our engagements.
