I didnt see the movie and I thought he had already been tried and sent to prison years ago. Boy did they take thiewr time on this one!

Ya, same here! I heard the story originally on AMW several years ago and then nothing more until just the other day. I am glad they found him and it went to trial. Does seem like it took a while.

geesh with a given name like that he apparently didnt have much chance at all. now i'll have to watch the movie

id never even heard of this case and im always reading about or watching true crime.

It is pretty stupid. I can't believe they bothered with making a movie about him much less give him the name Jesse James.
