How many of you guys find it amusing that your friends actually join these groups? For instance those groups that promise you a dislike button if you joined and send an invitation to all your friends. Don;t you think if facebook wants to add a dislike button they would just go ahead and add it without the need to start a group? and why in the world would facebook charge its users? makes no sense considering the competition (myspace, Hi5 etc.) Anyways I do think its a good business strategy to create those groups. Promoting a site or some product. What are your thoughts?

I haven't come across anything like that. Of course I don't spend a whole lot of time on facebook. I have recently been spending some time on it but that's only been over the past few days. But, probably the reason I have yet to see a group like that, is probably because I don't go looking for groups to join. I'm a part of two maybe three at most.

Fair enough, I'm don't join many groups either its just that you can see what groups your friends are joining on the home page. And of course by looking through some of the group invitations I get.
