Hello my dear GBU Ji, If proper music which needs to be synchronised with natural freequency of person matches sleep will automatically follow, but in case tehre is a music, which is un-acceptable to individual, person may require sleeping pills to get proper sleep. Remember, moteghrs are very fond of givingsome sleeping songs tobabies, while tapping their bodies and babies do sleep. May God bless You and have a great time.

Not really because I can sleep when I want with or without music. It's not really hard for me to sleep at all. But I also like listening to music before I go to sleep. It also soothes me and makes me feel at peace.

Sometimes, I do have the habit of listening to light and relaxing classical music. Well, it thoroughly relaxes my tense body and my cluttered mind too, so much so that I drift into sleep effortlessly.

Yeah,I like listening music a lot. When I cant't get sleep at night,I always listen music and that make me fall asleep soon. And usually light music is more helper. So I suggest that you listen light music without lyrics when you can't fall asleep.

Well music has been proved to make me to sleep. SOme music, like brainwave music, make me sleep more easily because it take me to theta state. Well anyway, some slow music also can make me sleep, although i have experience getting sleep while listening punk music.

I love falling asleep while listening to my favorite love songs or orchestra music. I wake up with a smile on my face.

I've always had a hard time falling asleep if there's noise. Especially music. If it's music I dislike, it's annoying. If it's music I enjoy, it's distracting. Waking up to music can be nice, though. A few months ago my bedmate turned on some Sigur Ros and the effect was very nice. Atmospheric, ethereal even. Perfect way to wake up slooowly.
