I've struggled with my weight for many years. I've tried to excercise, but eventually quit, because it was a chore. I grew tired of the excercise videos, the walking. Everything I tried, I lost interest in. Then I tried different diets and diet pills, all bad ideas. Then my boys got the Wii two Christmas's ago. I started with the Wii Fit doing some of the games and light jogging. Now, I own Wii Fit Plus, My Fitness Coach, EA Active, EA Active more excercises. I actually don't dread working out. I can change up routines, so it doesn't get boring. I excercise everyday and actually look forward to the workouts. I love how I feel now, with less weight. My boys can't believe how "skinny" (their word) mommy is. I wanted to get healthier for myself and my boys. Wii is great, I don't have to worry about the weather, I don't need to travel to a gym and spend time and money I don't have. Wii is convient, there whenever I can squeeze the workout in. I love the Wii. I will say while I don't measure, or count points I try and eat better. I drink skim milk, eat whole grain bread (when I eat bread), but I don't diet. The biggest thing I try to do is eat smaller meals every 3 hrs or so.

I should try it, a few friends have raved about Wii. The thing is keeping motivate, a few years ago, I had a full work out routine, eating at regular intervals and I lost a lot of weight. Felt great, energized, had great looking skin and hair then I got really busy and after a holiday I was always starting tomorrow, still waiting for tomorrow. Thanks for the tip, and congratulations.

Congratulations on your weight loss! I may have to get a Wii to improve my cardio and health as well as lose a few pounds and maybe be able to tone up some muscles while I am at it. Thank you for your success story and once again congratulations and way to go!
