Most of the time my friends tell me that i snore. Well thats something that i cant stop. My friends have this myth that when you are really tired you are more likely to snore. Who else beleives this? For some reason I dont believe it. Do you snore? if so why do you think you snore?

So I guess your husband is really tired before he goes to sleep. So maybe it is true that you are more likely to snore when you are tired. You should ask your husband if you snore. Its one of the few things people shoudl know about themselves.

I think I don't snore when I sleep, but I do sleeping talking. Even when I was kids, my sister(the daughter of my aunt), told me I talking when I sleep with them in the holiday. And I kind grind my teeth during sleep sometimes, I don't know how it happend, but not just only one people said that, my roomates in college aslo said that too, so I think I just do that stuff during sleep. And I even believe, one nigh in the college, I kind tolk with one of our roomates during the sleep, it's kind feel middle of dream and reality. And I ask her the next day morning, she didn't the conversation we had, so I think maybe just me had dream talk again!

Sleep talking is a common thing in many people. I am not sure if i have sleep talking before. But my friends say that i have. Well its hard to believe them because sometimes they just lie. That is kind of scary when you think about it. But i guess your roomate must be use to it. thanks for replying

Yes i think sometimes it also runs in the family. There are exceptions though. Like when you are sick you are more likely to snore thats a guarantee. I guess when people are tired they snore more. I didnt believe my freinds but not it does seem to be true. thanks for the response. Have a great day friend.

I don't snore. But my partner does. Sometimes it is giving me a bad headache since he is always the first one to doze off. There's is a theory that if one snores , that person has somehow a heart problem or hypertension. My partner has hypertension and almost most men in my family who snore has high blood and are fat. My mother also snores ans she has also high blood pressure.

That is awful. You should try to go to sleep before your husband or maybe he should wait for you to go to sleep. But i guess that would be quite awkward. I have learnt something new. I didnt know if you were fat or had high blood pressure you were more likely to snore. I am going to find out about that. Or is it just a myth like the other ones. thanks for the response.

Well, since nobody has ever told me that I snore or has complained about it, I guess I can prodly say that no, I am NOT a snorer Although I know people who are capable of shaking a building block to its foundations with their horrendous snoring sounds whilst they sleep.

One of the main reasons that people snore is due to Sleep Apnea. A condition where the nasal passages get blocked during your sleep, things to look for is, do you wake up feeling more tired than you did before you went to bed? Do you stop breathing at night? The best thing to do is have a sleep study done to find out, sleep apnea is nothing to mess with, because your body is actually working harder while you are asleep to keep you alive. Sleep Apnea has been known to cause stokes and heart attacks. At one point I used to snore, but I am not sure if I do now or not.
