Chocolate bugs

Hi! I live in Oaxaca Mexico, this is the state with lots of ethnic groups.
The people here eats grasshoppers, they cook it in different flavors such as lemon, hot chili, etc...
But once I saw on TV that in other countries people eats the covered in chocolate!!
I want to know: WOULD YOU TRY THAT?
DO YOU THINK ITS A GOOD IDEA OR ITS DISCUSTING??
DOES ANYBODY KNOWS THE PROCESS TO MAKE CHOCOLATE BUGS (WHAT CONSERVES IT, CHOCOLATE BRAND TO COVER, ETC...)

I live in the Philippines and have heard that grasshoppers are indeed edible. But we never eat grasshoppers here maybe in some remote places around the country the natives do but not here in our place. So now you are telling that some ethnic groups in your country eat grasshoppers. How would it taste? I think I could not eat grasshopper
And chocolate bugs?! Oh no!
