how would the people know if you're about to burst/breakdown?

when you reach the peak of your nerves, when you're so annoyed/frustrated/angry, d'you suddenly turn predatory and attack the culprit of whatever bad vibes / do you cry? / do you just storm out the room? how would the people react? the people here at home would know when i'm already at the peak of my patience when i start to listen to really loud music to shut them out. especially when they know that i'd rather work with a peace and quiet surrounding, a loud music is sort of their cue to start being mindful of what they're saying, or crazy things might happen. how about you guys? how would people know if you're already at the peak of losing it, and what do they start to do?
