In my point of view its a sweet responsibility and we have to be slow while choosing them and even slower while losing them.

Nice question. Just like you I agree that friendship is a responsibility, but unlike you I would not claim it as a "sweet" responsibility although the results of this HARD responsibility could be sweet. When we love someone, (either friends or family), it always entails responsibility--or in a deeper sense, COMMITMENT. In a simple sense it includes doing something special on their birthdays, being there for them during tough times, and all sorts of things. This is what I've learned through my relationships these days. I am a person who values my independence so much that I sometimes have this tendency to neglect the most important persons in my life. It can sometimes be somewhat tiring being there for others always, but that's LOVE. It's a commitment.. or, a responsibility. ;)

Yes you are correct dear. but the same in my words, I would say that everything should be in limit, nothing will please if it become over. As it is truly said in SANSKRIT "Ati Sarvatra Vrajayate" Over access should be avoided everywhere.

Friendship is an opportunity that bears responsibility. We feel lucky to have friend and to carry the relation of friendship we need to bear responsibility.
