Age limit to apply at CPA Networks?

I was wondering if anybody knew if there's an age limit to joining CPA Networks. Is it 18+? I've looked throughout a couple of CPA networks and none of them seem to mention anything about age limits.

What is CPA network? Can you please describe me? I heard this first time. Can I earn through that program? How much I can earn through that program? Which is the best CPA network? Please help me.

CPA means "cost per action". if someone performs any standard action on a site through your ref link you will get paid for that action. examples of such actions are filling simple forms, trying free offers, filling out surveys, buying products. once someone does any of this through you, you will earn from his action.

I dunno if there is a age limit for CPA, i guess all can join it. But still m not into CPA much so i dunno properly. Regards
