Do you use internet security / Antivirus?

i use antivirus

I am using AVG Free Edition.. why? because its free to download, and it only consume few memory.I seldom use norton anivirus, because it consume large amount of memory...specially during start-up/boot-up.It's not advisable to use norton for slow computer..If you want to use norton better upgrade ur PC..

im using sophos - coz its very sufficient and eats less resource..

I use AVG. It's fantastic and the fact that it's free is an even bigger bonus! I feel like I should upgrade to the paid version though just because they've made such good software for free! AVG seems to keep my computer really healthy and the anti spyware is also great. Programs like Symantec ones are obviously better but you pay a great deal more!
