How many meals consist of healthy nutrition?

We have to get a balanced nutrients in the meal. Foods with carbonhydrates, fats, vitamins, we get.How many meals should eat balanced diet?

Eating a balenced meal every day would be ideal. I say maybe three days out of the week would be good. if you don't normally eat a balenced meal, but make it a point to start doing so, you'll begin to notice a change in how your body feels. When you get the recommended servings of carbs, grains, etc, you have more energy and feel better overall.
