Ok it is really starting to annoy me because she always looses my work and I do like everything in that class, but I have like a D. Also she acts like a teenager nothing wrong with that, but she be texting in class and does not do a very good job of keeping organized. I so do not like that teacher. Still I know that I am going to do something about this. What would you do if you had a teacher like mine???

You should report it to the administration or even the school director that you have problems with your teacher and they might do something about it. At least try, you have nothing to lose. I always report things like that. Happy mylotting and take care. Good luck with your teacher.

My friend told me that I shouldn't blame my problems on other people. Still it is not my fault that she is loosing my work and I'm not getting points for it.

There isn't much you can do as she is the authority figure in the classroom, sucks, but its true. You can complain to the head of the department or someone else above her, but its likely the school will take her side with maybe a warning to her. My teacher would give me my papers back with coffee stains and once there were even muddy paw prints from her cats!

Ouch! I can imagine how difficult this is for you. Have a heart to heart talk with your teacher. Tell her how much you like the class, how hard you work and how frustrating it is that your grades are not better. Let her know that it does not help that you are not getting your work back for review. Ask her what you can do to help her to help you. Tell her you know how busy she must be with all of the students, but you really need her help. Try to get her on your side. See how she responds to you. If she wants to help you, then you have won. If she is still not responding to you, then you may need to get your parents involved and have a parent-teacher conference. You need to know if it is personal or if she is just incompetent. No student should have to endure bad grades because of an incompetent teacher. And no student should get bad grades because a teacher dislikes her. If you have homework assignments that you turn in, make copies of them first. Then when she loses them, you will have proof of what you gave her. If you feel the grade is unfair, you may ask to be retested. Get your Mom and Dad involved. Good teachers welcome parent involvement.

Yes it's true what you are saying because I spend hours on assignments and then she tells me that I have never turned them in. After that I have to redo them and I become extremely exhausted that I have to stay up late to finish.

Haha, well I know that having cell phones in class is illegal in some places, or if not then it is against some rule. So your teacher can either be fired or arrested or something. But the thing is, if a "teacher" texts in class and loses your work and all then the teacher shouldn't be a teacher at all.

That is true what you are saying. I know that the rest of my teachers do not do that and I am grateful for that.

That's pretty difficult situation to deal with. Perhaps you scan all your work into the computer after you completed it. Then if the teacher lost it, then you retrieve it from your computer and send to her email. Then she will print out from the email. A bit tedious but at least you can be sure that you always have a backup instead of having to do the homework all over again.

From now on I am going to keep all my work just in case she loses it because I do not want to redo it.

OMG i have a teacher like that now he is the lacrosse coach at my school and he is like a teenage jock teaching a class:/ He complains we dont listen and talk to much but he talks and jokes to us and is a complete jerk to people. Everything goes through email with him so if he assigns homework he wont tell you you have to check your email which not everyone does and he told one girl "your f***ed" wth your a teacher your suppose to help not tell her that. He also lost my gf's test admitted it and made her take it again after class with his lacrosse kids there. they were loud as hell and he was like "hahah be quiet guys" none of them shut up i was annoyed and my gf couldnt focus. bar none the worst teacher ive ever had. hes just stupid as well.

That teacher doesn't sound to good. Some teachers need to act more like good teachers and help us out and not put us down or do anything mean to us.

Grin and Bear it! Not much you can do, since if you complain, she'll only be harder on you. I had one teacher like that and it was awful but it was only for 1 semester. After the 1st time she "lost" my research paper, I always made sure to make a copy since I didn't have a pc so if it was lost, I got to start over. Did it once and that was most certainly enough for me. You'll get thru it! I'd just keep a low profile, make sure you are on time to every class. And keep copies of your work. Good Luck!!

Really a shame! How teachers like that person can teach? And how can you and others learn? A shame...but if you do a copy or a photocopy of your work if the teacher looses the work you can give her a copy. No?

I've had a teacher like that. It sucks I know! You just have to deal with her. Or you can go talk to your principal? My teacher lost all my work and texted in class as well. She gave us our final exam and made us act out our own version of Lord of the Flies and we had a week to figure it out. This is for an English 11 class not drama or acting! It made me so mad. I had to re take the whole class just because of her. Good luck!

I'm attending a privet school and I'm having problems. My resent problem is my advance coporate class, it was a group project and I complted my work and picked up the slack of another member, my advisor said we could not kick her out for its a team prokect and asked me to let her present my work witch to me its like playerising, to make the story short I got a D and the other peron got an A. I had a teacher called me stupid, and so much more to the point I got sick. My advisor always take the teachers side and now I'm ready to take legal action because I know of some curuped things this school has done, now I'm facing an issue because I'm sooo close to graduating and they are so evil that they would kick me out if I cause a problem..help!
