does facebook safe? / myLot

i read newspaper nowadays. There is a girl kidnapped by her boyfriend, she is only 14 years old. this happen because she know the boy from facebook. I read too about a wife having an affair with another man through facebook. Is facebook safe for our life?

ifa, nice to meet you. i think it depends on how human use technology. if they is aim to make a crime use technology so the technology can danger us, and if someone is using technology with a good aim, so the technology is useful for human. i think technology or some kind like facebook is only tool. so we can control the tool to useful or danger anybody

hello adhyz, it is wise with what you say. but however, we never know someone aim. Sometimes people behave nicely but they are just bad people with nasty purposes. .

so use our deeply heart or our intution to differentiate which one the bad guys or the good guys. and hope our God give us to run and walk in right path LOL

It depends on how we use it. Some people take advantage of these social networking sites and the weaknesses of their online friends. Whether in facebook or in real life, it is best not to entertain total strangers and not let it affect our values.
