What do you do when waiting for your friend to reply your instant message?

Other than surfing the internet, when I get bored, I have this habit of reading repeatedly what I wrote to him/her. I hope I am not the only one doing that so please share with me what you do?

I always multi-tasking when I'm instant messaging with people. Either I'm instant messaging with a whole group of people or I'm doing other online stuff at the same time. So I would usually chat with another person or continue with my online stuff while waiting for replies. I seldom re-read what are the things said.

That's good, fully utilizing your time. I just somehow got my eyes fix on what I wrote because previously, I accidentally wrote something to someone else only to realize it was not meant for that person. It's just lucky that I didn't write something that could cause misunderstanding thus I always read what I wrote. Thank you for sharing and cheers

I see, I hate to wait too long for a reply too. And somehow when I was waiting, I would just read what I wrote, weird right? *laugh* Thanks for sharing! Cheers
