how do you entertain Kids? what are the questions you asked them

I know you posted this years ago. I just want to share my own strategy of teaching English since this is what I do for a living. I teach kids. Kids love me. It's really hard to get them participate or conversational. You should build rapport with them first. Once they get comfortable with you they will eventually converse with you and participate. You should make the class fun. Sound upbeat and lively. Teach them songs, be funny. It's okay to sound silly or a clown for them. They love being praised. They love colorful stuff. They love cute pictures. Try to use these things to help entertain them. It's hard when they get bored. Make it fun at the same time educational.
