There are different kinds of milk. 2% and skim are okay alternatives who whole fat milk, but have a very weird consistency to them. Skim milk looks like someone added white food coloring to a bottle of water or something. Out of all the edible things in the world, the amount of fat in a glass of milk is nothing to worry about.

Depends upon what you mean as cup. :) In any event, milk does not make you that fat, or you could use skimmed or toned milk instead of whole milk. We do need roughly 1/2 litre milk everyday. If we consume that much, proportionately we cut down on other food. So your worry about fat becomes unnecessary. :)

Actually, if you scare milk is giving you too much fats, then you can choose low fat milk, for a change. Low fat milk is good for those who want to stay slim while enjoying the milk at the same time. I am also taking low fat milk because i feel it's good for my body. For those who are quite fat, it's better to avoid full cream milk, whenever we can. By the way i feel low fat milk have the same nutrients as the full cream milk, accept only the fats composite is lower. I think you need to take at least 2 cups of milk in a day, to have enough calcium intake.
