Do those Stop Snoring products actually work?

My wife tells me that I have recently started snoring. I'm not so sure that I believe her because no one has ever told me before that I snore, but let me assume for the sake of sanity that she is correct. I personally cannot stand people who snore, so if I actually do snore, then I would like to take precautions to stop it. I can not just tell my wife to wear earplugs, so I'm looking for something that will do it for me. I tried sleeping with my head elevated. That didn't work. I also tried sleeping on my back with no pillow. That didn't work. I also tried using those breathe right stripes which felt good, but they didn't stop my snoring. I've seen mouthguards and devices that go around your chin and stuff that are supposed to help ( http://www.snorstopper.com/ ) but I don't know about that. Has anyone tried them? Please help. My wife is getting moody because she's not getting enough sleep because of my supposed snoring. Thanks!

hi,there are so many opinions on this--- These days more and more people are looking for products to stop snoring, but are these products actually good remedies for snoring or are they just scams? Let's take a closer look at some of these products and see how well they work. 1] Mouth Appliances =================== Devices that go inside your mouth or you put over your face are some of the more popular snoring options. Dental appliances are designed to move your lower jaw forward and allow the airways to remain open. You can find appliances such as a Mandibular Advancement Appliance that is custom made and tailored to fit your mouth by a dentist. 2] CPAP Sleep Mask ================== A CPAP (continuous positive airway pressure) sleep mask is designed to aid in keeping the throat from collapsing and causing you to snore. The mask is connected to a pump that forces pressure to the throat. 3] Snoring Pillows =================== Another one of the many solutions to stop snoring is a snoring pillow. These specially designed foam snoring pillows are made in a way to keep a person sleeping on their side instead of their back. 4] Snoring Sprays ================= You will find a wide variety of stop snoring sprays on the market that claim to eliminate the problem. Most of these claim that the spray will lubricate the nasal passages and airways. That's well and good, but it doesn't fix the problem. Having a dry throat is not the reason for snoring. http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Terry_Edwards ALL THE BEST AND HAVE VA NICE TIME.
