Don't you hate unappreciative people?

My boyfriend have a female friend which I really don't like very much, but I tolerate her because it is my boyfriend's friend, so one day he tells me that she doesn't have a job, and I feel sorry for her, and as I work for a big company I told him that I could try to put her resume in the database and talk to some people that I know to see if something appears for her. So he told her, she even send me her resume, which was not very good, by the way, I talked to a lot of people at work, and after all that I saw her a couple of times and she doesn't even bother to say thank you to me. I really hate the people that are not appreciative. Don't you hate that?

Ya I hate that too. Especially when it is something so simple and all they need to do is say a thank-you. Holding doors open for others is just common courtesy but when people don't say thank-you, I feel like slamming it back in their face. That sounds bad, but seriously, we are a civilized group of people, lets use language and communicate our gratitude.

Exactly there are just so many mean people outside, it looks like they think they deserve everything, they just need to be less arrogant and realize that the world doesn't revolve around them
