Time devote for own health

In day how much time you spare for maintaining your health, this may be in any sense. would you like to share your routine so other can be benefited with it.

I devote health in my own way by maintaining an active lifestyle. Eating proper kind of foods. Minimizing stress and avoid many factors contributing to illnesses by being aware of the latest information about maintaining a healthy life. Any condition I view myself as healthy like exercise, and making myself productive in regular basis are considered healthy for me. It depends on the person expectations and the extent of limits he can give in himself in devoting time for own health. Some do it directly and others indirectly but somehow has an effect for good health which also considered as their devoted time for health.

let us say we got 24hours in a date. 5-6 hours of it is alloted for my beauty rest. the remaining hours are for my daily routines. why i emphasize sleep?, imagine a car which travel a hundred miles without rest. of course it will get exhausted, dried up if not fueled, and of course the engine will be overheated. same to our body we need enough time to replenish everything what was lost. and sleeping is a great reward for our body.

i atleast spent an hour to keep my body healthy by practicing yoga and some stretching excersises. it is necessary to all to keep their body fit and healthy. if you do so then you body boosted you to indulge other works effectively. whether that is office work or school or college work and also which increases your capacity of concentration.

For me I have to see to it that I sleep atleast 8 hours a day & so conscious with my food intake. I prefer buying foods that are fresh like meats, vegetable & use all natural flavors in cooking. I always check the label whenever I am having a grocery at the supermarket.

All of us know that health is the most important thing in our lives.We must devote some time to think and do the activities related to health benefits.Daily exercise, eating habits are the most important aspects .At least we should take out time for exercise from our daily routine.
