Who has had the better career, Johnny Damon or Magglio Ordornez?

While Damon has won two World Championships, Maggs has had more pop in his bat. It's tough call, but I'd have to go with Maggs. What about you?

There's no question Damon has had a better career, but I think it's arguable that he's the better of the two. Magglio has more pop, yes, but earlier in his career Damon had more talents than Magglio, with his speed and leadership. I like Ordonez a lot, though, more than Damon. As a White Sox fan, though, I could be okay having him DH.

Clearly Damon. He might not have the power of Ordonez, but he provides great leadership, was a great fielder in his early days, promotes morale in the clubhouse and is a winner. He is also a smart player, take a look again and again at Damon's double steal in the World Series. That's what makes Johnny better
