Skills to Succeed ?

it is important that a person is adaptable.an adaptable person who can go with the flow,embrace changes,and learn as much as s/he can can survive and succeed.luck may play a role in success,but it is only very minimal.success still require hard work,passion, and dedication.

I think it is essential for a person to be well-educated, patient, hard-working, has good charisma, and effective an effective speaker in order to climb up the success ladder. I agree with you that luck plays a part in success, but with proper skills, determination and characteristics, a person has a higher chance of hitting it big in comparison to just luck.

I really think that employers look for people that can easily learn. People who can teach themselves are so valuable because even if an employer spends money training you, it will usually cost the employer less in the long run. I also think that having people skills is really important so that you can work well with others.

Luck only occupies a little portion to be successful in today's world so if you will not work hard & improved your skills so if you put it together then success is just around the corner waiting for you.

think about your past... think of what you are good at and what you enjoy doing... then make it an opportunity.. you'll see you'll succeed.
